How do I use the miswak stick?
Remove about 1cm of bark from one end to expose the inner fibers. Soak the tip in water for a few minutes to soften it, then gently chew until the fibers spread out like bristles. Brush using small circular motions covering all areas of your mouth. After each use rinse the tip and store it somewhere with airflow so it can dry. Trim the bristles every few days to keep it fresh and effective.
